About the VCPA

Volusia County Paralegal Association, Inc. is organized to serve as a professional organization for paralegals and legal assistants in the Volusia County area, and to encourage a high order of ethical and professional attainment, to further education among members of the profession, to cooperate with bar associations, to support and carry out the programs, purposes, aims, and goals of the National Association of Legal Assistants, Inc., to provide a forum for its members to share and exchange experiences, ideas, knowledge, opinions, and expertise; to sponsor and hold seminars, workshops, and other programs of instruction and training of paralegals designed to develop or improve their skills and capabilities; and to promote and encourage student involvement in the profession.
